王洪铸,男,42
岁,博士、研究员、博士生导师,中科院水生所底栖生物与泛滥平原生态学科组组长,湖北省海洋湖沼学会理事长,国际湖沼学会发展中国家委员会委员,SCI刊
物Limnology编委。研究方向为无脊椎动物学和河流-泛滥平原生态学。1986年毕业于湛江水产学院淡水渔业专业,同年分配到湖北省水产科学研究所
工作。1989年考取中国科学院水生生物研究所梁彦龄研究员的硕士研究生,1992年转为刘建康院士和梁彦龄研究员的博士研究生。1995年获理学博士学
位,同年留所工作。1992-1993年参加中国第九次南极考察队。2000-2001年赴瑞典自然历史博物馆合作研究。曾任第12届国际河流与湖泊环境
会议(2004)组委会秘书长、第10届国际水栖寡毛类学术会议(2006) 召集人。应邀为Science
of the Total Environment、Water, Air & Soil Pollution、Ecological
Engineering、Zootaxa等国际刊物审稿。曾经主持多项科技部、中科院和基金项目,包括973子课题1项、中科院课题3项、国家基金面上项目3项。
主要学术成就:记述内陆和海洋寡毛类新种41种以及淡水纽虫1新属新种;对线蚓科有突出研究,记录9属近30种,改变了中国线蚓种类贫乏的观点;在世界范围内对海洋膨管蚓属(Doliodrilus)进行分类整理与系统发育研究;揭示淡水小蚓类分布与地史的联系,证明中国区系总体上有全北区特性。全面研究浅水湖泊大型底栖动物群落的生态能量学,并构建了底栖动物群落定量食物网。率先在我国开展预测湖沼学研究,提出关键期模型(Key-time
Model)新概念,建立了沉水植物模型以及河蟹最大产量和最适放养量模型,否定了根据氮磷比指数判别藻类群落氮限制或磷限制的传统观点,证明了滤食性鱼类不能控制湖泊浮游藻类的总量,确定了湖泊清水稳态和浊水稳态相互转换的关键驱动因子及其作用阈值。系统阐明了江湖阻隔的生态学效应,初步提出了长江泛滥平原生物多样性保护的战略对策。2009年2月,提交的建议“蓝藻水华治理应放宽控氮、集中控磷,以大幅度降低污水处理成本”得到国家领导人批示。
